NORTHGATE VEHICLE HIRE ASKED US TO HELP THEM ENGAGE THEIR COLLEAGUES WITH A NEW DIRECTION FOR THE BUSINESS. AFTER A PERIOD OF EXTENSIVE CHANGE, IT WAS CRITICAL THAT NORTHGATE’S 3000+ PEOPLE CLEARLY UNDERSTOOD AND CONNECTED WITH THE NEW VISION AND VALUES.

To embed the strategy from the ground up, we created a peer-to-peer ambassador network of 20+ colleagues to act as champions. We supported the newly created team through a series of workshops to develop their facilitation and influencing skills.

The campaign delivered clear results. Colleagues made deeper connections with their peers than in traditional briefings, ambassadors said they felt valued and had the opportunity to further develop their own skills, and open discussions between colleagues helped shape action plans for the business.

The ambassador network we established has since been at the heart of a new external customer campaign and we are now working with the group to further embed the new values and associated behaviours.
